Can I have more than one account with Free Hit Matrix?

Yes, but our system will only allow one account per email address. If you have different email addresses, you can create multiple Free Hit Matrix accounts to use for your unique promotions.

My account has been suspended, what is the reason?

We will suspend you account if you list any adult material, if your email bounces, or if you use Spam to promote your Free Hit Matrix link. This is a G-Rated (General Audience) system. Please keep your listing clean at all times so we may all continue to grow our businesses.

I supplied my email address to you. Will you sell it or give it away?

Absolutely not. All information is held private and confidential at all times. We will never sell, rent or give your information away at any time. We ask for your personal contact information to keep you informed of important updates to your account so you can receive the highest benefits for the duration of your membership.

How many times will you contact me?

Up to 10 times per year, at most. We hate Spam; so don't expect any from us. If/when we contact you, it will be to share specific information regarding your account and our service, not to sell you something.

SPAM / Unsolicited Commercial Email

SPAM/UCE Reports & Actions

Use of the Free Hit Matrix service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate suspension of the offending Free Hit Matrix account. Spam complaints will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Failure to respond to complaints within a 24 hour timeframe will result in the Free Hit Matrix staff suspending and terminating the offending account by whatever means necessary.

Malicious Intent

Malicious intent to impede another person's use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending Free Hit Matrix account holder.

Contact Guidelines

While lead lists and mailing lists may be used to contact others about the Free Hit Matrix services, we strongly advise the use of Opt-Out/Removal links in "ALL" messages sent by our members. Failure to include an Opt-Out link in any broadcast can be considered SPAM/UCE and will meet the criteria of all points listed within this disclaimer.
